Grapplix.co.uk – Refund & Cancellation Policy (Marbella Fight Camp)

At Grapplix.co.uk, we aim to ensure every participant enjoys a smooth and positive experience at our Marbella Fight Camp. Please read this policy carefully before booking.

1. Fixed-Date Event Booking

Bookings for Marbella Fight Camp are for a fixed-date event and therefore fall under the exemption for “leisure services provided on a specific date or during a specific period” under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
As a result, there is no 14-day cooling-off period, and bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

2. Transfer of Booking

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another participant with prior written approval from Grapplix.co.uk. Any transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the camp start date.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional and verifiable situations (e.g., medical emergencies, travel restrictions), Grapplix may offer a partial refund or credit voucher at its discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or transfers will not be granted if:

• The booking is made less than 30 days before the camp start date.

• You fail to attend, arrive late, or do not participate (no-shows).

• The booking includes third-party services (e.g., travel, accommodation, insurance) that are non-refundable.
